Six Twenty Investments

In July 2007 the Six Twenty Investments Limited company, incorporated and domiciled in Kenya, was acquired through the purchase of all the shares from Italian entrepreneurs operating mostly in the field of building construction in Italy and abroad.

In 2007, the Company had already bought some property units located in the most interesting position of Nairobi: Upper Hill. The company’s objective is in fact to invest in high-end properties, built and furnished in European style and located in the most strategic and prestigious areas of the Kenyan capital.

As a further development, the company is planning the construction of residential and office buildings in order to also expand in the construction sector.
